Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else.

You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 60 days from the purchase date.

Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

Customers will be responsible for return shipping charges.

Refunds take 5-10 days to process once received in our warehouse.

60 day money back return policy for defective or items with an inaccurate description. Buyer pays return shipping on items ordered incorrectly but we will cover return shipping on anything deemed defective or any errors on our part.

**There will be 20% restocking fee on all items returned without defect or error by us**

Glass products are not returnable.

A Restocking Fee of 20% of the total value of your purchase will apply if you, yourself order the incorrect part. Please read the Product Description completely. If you are unsure if it will work for your application please contact Customer Service.

The following items can be returned:

    Any new item in its original packaging and condition.
    Any used core, as long as it is brought back in the box that contained the new product.
    Any item in a damaged or defective condition.

Special-ordered products cannot be returned and special orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

The following items cannot be refunded or exchanged:

•Gift cards •Application parts that have been installed •Electrical parts •Oils, grease, and lubricants •Chemicals •Tinted paint and stain products •Electrical test equipment •Personal safety products (respiratory protection, ear protection, fall protection, coveralls, and first aid kits) •Products cut to length or modified •Books and shop manuals •Clearance or final sale merchandise


All refunds must have a RGA Number. Please contact Customer Service if you need to return an item.
